OVERVIEW: Sonoma State University’s award-winning Wine Institute building features twelve rooftop pyramidal skylights.
PROBLEM: Rescue the University building from persistent interior roof leaks without compromising the unique roof design.
SOLUTION: Wedge Roofing corrected the roof’s deficiencies without affecting the roof design by installing Spray Foam Roofing with Silicone Roof Coating on the flat sections and installing new Standing Seam Metal panels on the skylights.
RESULT: Preserving the distinctive roofing design, the innovative Insulated Spray Foam Roof and Title 24 Compliant Cool Roof Coating resolved existing roof leak issues and enhanced the overall energy efficiency of the entire building.
