This historic roofing project included the installation of a GAF Timberline HD Shingle Roof and dry rot repairs on a San Francisco Victorian home. Built in 1895, the Stick-Eastlake style Victorian home is located in the Inner Mission neighborhood of San Francisco. Installation of this roof presented many challenges due to limited access and the steep roof pitch of 12/12.
