The project began with the complete removal of the existing tile and slate roofing system down to the original sheathing boards. Our team meticulously prepared the sheathing, replaced metal flashings, and installed new galvanized edge metal to ensure a structurally sound and weather-resistant foundation.

We installed GAF Timberline HDZ RS Lifetime Shingles in Stoney Gray, including all hip and ridge shingles, providing both beauty and durability. The system is Class A fire rated for maximum protection. We also installed seamless gutters and downspouts, securely mounted to the fascia, along with micro mesh gutter screens to keep leaves and debris out and ensure smooth water flow.
