Inspired by the vibrant street food of Chef Roberth Sundell’s hometown of Stockholm, husband and wife team Roberth and Andrea Sundell bring the bold, beloved flavors of modern-day Sweden to life at Stockhome — a Michelin Bib Gourmand–awarded restaurant. Located in Petaluma’s historic downtown district, the building features a flat roof, which needs attention. Wedge Roofing installed a reflective silicone roof coating to extend the roof’s life and provide insulating properties.
