North Marin Water District: Concrete Tile Roof Underlayment Replacement

Wedge Roofing completed a concrete tile roof underlayment replacement for North Marin Water District after the existing underlayment had reached the end of its service life. The project restored long-term waterproofing protection while preserving the existing concrete roof tiles. Our team carefully removed and stacked the concrete roof tiles for reuse before installing a new 30-pound two-ply underlayment system designed to help protect the structure from moisture intrusion and extend the life of the roof system. Once the new underlayment was installed, the field tiles, ridge tiles, and rake tiles were professionally reinstalled. All workmanship and materials are guaranteed against defects.
