42-46 Digital Drive in Novato, CA is an industrial property with a warehouse and office space zoned as a light industrial. Built in 1990, the Digital drive property is currently the home of Michael’s Sourdough Sandwiches, Computer and Technology Resource Center, Image Star, and Schaltz Structures and Waterproofing, Dye Guy, Towery Electric and 13-D Fire Systems. The property owner contacted Wedge Roofing to install a Title 24-compliant roof coating over the existing roof membrane. The reflective white roof coating provides much-needed energy efficiency to the building by reflecting sunlight while extending the roof’s lifespan.
