Magnolia HOA Reroofing Project – Larkspur, CA
Wedge Roofing completed a full-scale shingle reroofing project for the Magnolia Homeowners Association, a multi-family townhouse community located in Larkspur, California. This comprehensive upgrade focused on improving the safety, longevity, and visual appeal of the community’s roofing systems.
The project began with the removal of the existing roofing materials down to the heating boards. All sheet metal flashings were replaced to ensure proper waterproofing, and edge caps were installed along the rake edges to enhance wind resistance and provide a finished, professional look.
A high-performance underlayment was installed to add a secondary moisture barrier. The final roof system features GAF Timberline HDZ® RS Lifetime Shingles, a premium roofing product known for durability, energy efficiency, and long-lasting aesthetics. These shingles are backed by a GAF 50-year limited lifetime warranty.
In addition to superior durability, the new roof system is Class A fire rated, offering the highest level of fire resistance and meeting California’s strict fire safety codes.
