“I had several leaks in my roof after the rain in March. I contacted Wedge and had an estimator come out the following week. We spoke several times on the phone and scheduled a convenient time for me with my work schedule. The estimator was on time for the appointment – actually early, which I greatly appreciated. I was given an estimate via e-mail within a day. I scheduled the work and was told it would be 4-6 weeks because of their heavy schedule. A week and a half later, I received a call informing me that the work could be done sooner than expected – approximately two weeks after the initial visit. I was told the crew would arrive between 8-8:30 am; they arrived at 8:05 am. I was not present, but they were extremely courteous with the family member who was home. The crew worked solidly through most of the day, were quiet and clean during their lunch – and was extremely thorough at cleaning the backyard and atrium when finished. This is the second roof repair that I have used Wedge for, and I would recommend them highly to any neighbor. I appreciate the follow-up and communication throughout the project by phone, E-mail, and letter.
